Unity.
Had OG lunch today! And I'm loving my OG more and more. Most of us wore our UB shirts today! :))))
Oh random, but the President of the UB Student Council knows my name. My OGL intro-ed us cause we were in the same Music & Society class and truth be told, I was surprised that he actually rmbed and called me by name during class. I need to say, that my lecturer for Music & Society's the most liberal lecturer I've ever seen. Kinda worrying in some sense cause you ain't certain if you can score. He's entertaining though, I laughed so much that my cough worsened -.-"
Speaking of which, this flu's getting on my nerves. Like really. Superduperultramega annoying. Especially when I'm in the LTs, I can barely breathe and my nose's super stuffed. Urgh.
Breakfast with Jasmine today was nice :)
Although I had to call her 14 times before she finally woke up. She's flying to Shanghai for internship for the next 6 months tmr.

Jumbled.
FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL.
- Had trouble finding my venue cause it was in the extension of SIM, subsequently was almost late for class (first class in Uni somemore D:)
- Wrote an essay after like what, 9 months break?
- HUB Training was redundant, the person was reading off the slides. Left midway.
- Second lesson was cancelled, stoned until the 3:30pm to 5pm people finished class before heading over to NP for impromptu OG dinner.
- Briefing at 6:30pm was changed to some unimportant Admin/Housekeeping briefing, can't believe I waitied 5 hours just for some redundant briefing with the person totally read off the slides -.-"
Sentosa-ed with the ODACians today! Had some package deal thingy; 4D movie, luge + sky-ride and a cable car ride for $36.
The movie was freaking lame. Like seriously -.-"
Had Thai food at Vivo cause there wasnt much of a queue and gosh, I think I eat alot. Like really really alot. The amount I eat's comparable to what the guys ate. Scary or what.
Oh and why's everyone saying that I'm shrinking? Miss Liu said that when I met het last Friday, and just now YuanLin said I was very light. Told them what MissLiu said and some of them agreed D:
AND I KEEP SEEING MICHELLE! Happy only haha. Really miss those times when the both of us studied tgt at Good News, and also the times she crashed my History consults with Mr Ong. More like study at the same table but somewhere along the way we'd digress for a while and the 3 of us will end up talking rubbish hahaha.

I think she has sixth sense or smth, she always happens reads my blog whenever I post some emo-nemo shit. Turns out that she totally thought too much this time around. Haha it was super ridiculous please, even she admitted it after asking me. Caught up alot, exchanged secrets ^^
Its people like her that make me feel superduperultramega loved, esp since she has the awesome ability to read my mind. Yes I know I'm easily readable. But she can tell what my face doesn't show and honestly, I love her more cause of that.
How many teachers text their students to ask if everything's alright after they read the student's blog? Actually, she's more of a friend than a teacher to me :)
come to think of it, she fits the bill more accurately than Mr Ong for that 30Day Challenge thingy. And Miss Liuuuu! Please take care of your health!
All the laughing seriously made my week end off on an awesome note.
Saturday's wedding was simple yet classy. Super sweet! Was an usher and I said countless "Good morning" and "Welcome"s that morning. Tagged along as daddy and mummy went to the polls otw home and pfft I couldn't even get close to the place. Attempted to pack my room but after a while I found myself seated on my bed playing TinyTowers. Just as I decided to head to lalaland for a while since DumbFriend was too ill to meet me, 2 of my Whatsapp group conversations sprung to life.
Eagerly anticipated 10pm's show on CNA, but after a while I conceded and agreed to let my brother study till 12mn before we started watching again. Within a few minutes, I totally KO-ed in his room.
When I woke up,
me: announce alrdy?
brother: not yet. go to sleep lah. Thank goodness I did, cause I know I won't have the stamina to last till past 3am. First thing I did when I woke up this morning: check Twitter's timeline. Following STCom and CNA has it's benefits :D
Church, and lalaland-ed for a while before meeting DumbFriend for dinner! Her friend Deanna joined us later on :)
Wanted to buy a bag for school but to no avail, I hope the one I saw at City Plaza's still available. Like chio only sia. Oh and I exercised self-control today! Only spent $7 at Bugis Street. I'm getting better at this.
AND I SAW MICHELLE WHILE CROSSING THE ROAD! We stopped for a hug. Yes, in the middle of the road HAHAHA. And she missed her bus as a result :/

And so. Tmr marks the beginning of a new chapter in my life: University. Apprehensive much, but I'll just commit it to Him and allow Him to see me through. I'm always comforted whenever I recall what happened during the lead up to the A's right up to the very day i submitted my Uni applications. I know He's present in my life. Yes Lord, let Your will be done :) It's finally back to school after about 9 months. It's been an awesome 9 months, with me earning money to finance whatever I've been wanting to do since I started JC. Sadly I didn't get to save much but honestly, I'm glad I did all the things I've wanted to do. This gives me greater satisfaction than seeing a lot of money sitting in my bank account. After all, it's the experience that really matters :)
Start of school: new environment, new teachers, new friends, new experieneces.
And how can I forget?

I don't know what's wrong. Maybe its just my immunity system, but my stomach felt queasy the entire day. Like I was gonna puke any moment.
I seriously hope its not caused by the inflammation of my wound. It's seriously gross. Cause its superduperultramega wet. Wet as in yellowish fluid. I do not need to say more, you get my drift.
Saw my course allocations online, and I'm confused. The modules stated on my invoice tallies with the ones online. But there's an additional module reflected on the e-invoice. So which do I follow?
Please tell me online, cause that'll mean I have a break from school on Thursdays!
Urgh okay I'm going to sleep now.
Hope I'm better in the morning.

FOC 2011.
 Was on Twitter and I saw this link for FOC photos, found one of my OG mates (who attended camp) a few hours after camp started. And before people started leaving. Back from Fall FOC'11, and okay i'll be frank and say that it wasn't as fun as I thought it would be. But yeah, I still had fun :)
Smartgirl92 forgot to set her alarm, and I jerked awake and realized it was already 7:10am. I even planned to leave home at 7am. Genius. Ended up leaving home at 7:30am for an approx 1 hour journey.
Enrollment talks were boring. Plus the LT I was in had no reception for Singtel users. Sucks like shit. And I honestly felt underdressed cause i was in a shirt and fbts plus slippers. Other people were in tanks and skinnies. One of my OG mates even wore heels and a dress o.o
Isn't there camp like directly after Enrollment?!
Saw other SR ppl in UB too! And omg I saw ShiHan too. Quite amazing that we still recognize one another after 7 years huh.
OG wise.. Quite pathetic in terms of numbers cause many didn't go for camp. And those that went for camp left bit by bit too. We were left with 8 ppl for campfire, from an original 20 at the beginning of Enrollment. Quite sian initially cause I wanted to get high and all my my OG was kinda un-enthu. Enthu alone also a bit sian uh...
Izza and me were kinda suspicious aft we showered cause we were told to wear the UB shirt but all we had was supper. Plus we were told initial that there was gonna be nightwalk prior to camp. And she was, which Orientation camp ends at 12mn?!
Super afraid they were gonna pull the CampAspire stun again, where they had lights out at 10plus, but woke us up at 1plus in the morning. The Sports Group ppl were brought to ECP for a 20km walk/run/jog activity while the rest had to wake up and do proposals. Some kinda 'leadership test' huh -.-"
Thank goodness they didn't do anything cause I was honestly tired. Oh and thank God, Mavis shared her groundsheet with me! And we used our jackets as blankets so I didn't have to use my uber thick sleeping bag.
She's a Sociology major too, plus one of the rare 19 year olds I know. Oh and guess what, she lives near me too! :)
Anw. Day 2 was kinda better, we totally owned all the games. Although our headcount dropped and we were freaking accident prone. There was this game, we were in pairs and had to attack each other's 'base' to get as many of their balloons as possible. More of an attack/defend game. We were tied at the ankle and omg my partner was super aggressive, she fell and hit her head on the road at one point in time o.o
Her slippers' strap even came out, but the seniors managed to fix it back. Partner falls = you fall too, but thank goodness I wasn't injured apart from some minor scrape with the road. Although there was bleeding from my superficial wound.
My OG was seriously outnumbered subsequently, and one game kinda left us out cause we barely got to touch the ball. One game later, we were down to 6 players and midway, one of my OG mate's toenail came off wth so we had to keep going again and again. Tiring but it was funnnnnnnnn!
In the end, quality over quantity yo :D
My house owned the telematch too! Like pro only :)

My mood picked up on Day 2, but it was a pity camp ended then.
Had lunch with our beloved OGL and some OG mates at Bedok before 24-ing home with Mavis.
One OGL instead of 2, 7 people down from 20, but what matters most is that we all had fun :)
Hope to see more of my OG mates around during lectures and all! Oh and guess what, we don't have tutorials -.-" But okay luh, class size is smaller too so tutorials are kinda integrated in. Compulsory modules for Sem 1; we only get to choose our mods in Sem 2. I wanna take my History module! :D
Oh and after WanRu came back from 2 months in Berkley, she made me feel like going to the US too and UB had this exchange program thingy for 1 semester! I wanna go omg. Motivation to work hard, attain a GPA of at least 3.5 and apply for the scholarship.
Speaking of traveling, the airplanes were disturbing us prolly once every 5 mins, and seeing so many planes really makes me wanna fly too. Guess our VP BKK trip won't take place so soon, seeing as how YuanLin's going there with her family in December. Suckszx.
And going back to the same place where I spent my birthday having Sec 3 back in 2007 camp kinda brought back memories of Zhonghua. Although I kinda lost touch with the school already.

CRISIS: I HAVE NO FREAKING IDEA WHERE MY SLEEPING BAG IS.
I'm hoping Izza has an extra one, or that WanRu can lend me hers. The latter's alrdy asleep I think.
I'm hoping I won't have to bring my Lijiang one to camp, cause it's superduperultramega thick.
On a sidenote, dinner was retarded. No surprise though. And 328 KatongLaksa is only nice at Katong's branch. ChunWei kept repeating that while we were eating. Their cockles are smelly too, yucks.
He didn't order cockles so I scooped some of mine into his bowl. Ate one, dug out the rest and transferred them back to my bowl.
Ingenious idea: scoop out all the cockles and put 10 into your mouth at one time -.-"
Oh and I realized that someone cannot really take spicy food HAHA.
Had Ben & Jerry's for dessert and we were watching Saturday's videos on YuanLin's laptop. Hilarious max omgggggg. Almost died laughing haha. And I keep appearing at weird timings in the video! I was eating bak-kwa in one of them, wts haha. Stupid guy complained I spoil the videos. What to do, YuanLin was next to me! Next time I shall park myself next to him hmph. He was amused by his retardedness too HAHA.
Velocity-ed to buy my bottle but it was a futile trip >:( should have just gotten the Adidas one from United Square. Had to make do with a not so nice Nike one eventually ):
At the train station, YuanLin's Marina Bay-bound train arrived and ChunWei walked tgt with her.

 We always do retarded things, really. One time when we went out, we wanted to get to the sky garden of Illuma, and the escalators had already ceased operations for the day. Guess what, we climbed a few flights of the express escalators, before someone pointed out that there was smth called the lift.

Day 13- A letter to someone who has hurt you recently
Dear (insert name here),
idk if I'm still hurt. I have no idea how to phrase it but... Okay, lets just say that you were honestly one of the last people I'd ever imagine saying that to me. I thought you knew me. Guess I was wrong. And honestly, the feeling really sucked. I was talking to Cheryl about it the other day, and she was equally shocked when I told her what you said.
Never would I ever image you'd saying that. Never.
Guess you really shocked me.
Plus all the other stuff that had been happening prior to that.. That was the final blow. Some tell me they'd realized what kinda person you've become. I have no idea why I was oblivious to it until recently. Guess I just accepted it on account of our friendship, but actually, it was kinda like a stab in the heart each time you mentioned it. The climax of this entire thing, although it's unrelated to the first issue really hit a wrong spot.
It was only after 2 weeks that I realized the magnitude of the wound. Up till now, its still healing. Yes, its been more than a month. And yes, I rarely stay angry for so long.
Urgh.
Honestly, I hate feeling like this.

Through Vanessa back in 2009. Created an account for the fun of it, but now I rarely use it.
It was my avenue to relieve stress back in 2010, and I'd often sit in front of the computer to browse my dashboard and reblog posts/photos/quotes after a day of mugging.
Its kinda abandoned right now, although there are just hardcore Tumblr festivals when I update my Tumblr religiously for a period of time. :)

Fun-filled weekend with Awesome Company. ❤
Spent the past 2 days with the beloved ODACians! :)
Headed home after work to change into shorts and spectacles yst, and it feels as though I haven't gone out in spectacles for a freaking long time. Okay work doesnt count. And I look super studious. Yucks.
Met YuanLin at Cine, called WanRu/Ona who were having dinner tgt. After hanging up,
me: where are they?
YuanLin: Dhoby. They'll call us when they reach. OKAY LET'S GO THE FLEA. wts hahahaha.
Waited for Insp Chiang to arrive, and we were half expecting him to turn up in spectacles cause he was whining about not taking any photos tonight -.-"
In the end he wasn't in specs; and guess what he said when he first saw us: "hahaha you're wearing spectacles!"
Hmph.
Front row seats and I randomly stood up seconds after my butt made contact with the chair. "I feel like pee-ing." Heh. Sorry, I get damn random and high when I'm freaking tired :D
Anyway the show was good. Like superduperultramega. Way better than Horrible Bosses which I caught on Thursday. M18, and im guessing it was only cause of the language. Excessive amount of profanities in there, but it was still superb.
Ended a lil before midnight, and WanRu wanted to walk to FEP to take 105. Given my level of fatigue, I was kinda reluctant. Plus ChunWei had no way of getting home (he thought) and was thinking of flagging the green, hence I was more inclined to taking a cab home instead haha.
And the stupid guy. Can't rmb what he said but he was lamenting that he'd be the last to get home. Super ungentlemanly, hmph. Hahaha when the rest asked how we were gg home, WanRu and I answered, " oh we're cabbing. Going to AMK to drop ChunWei off then head to our house." Irritating only lah he. Walked to Wisma to accompany Ona, and we realized that he could have actually caught the last train heading towards Kranji. Too bad he was too late. And he saw 162 and 132 go past him. Not his day huh. Reached the 105 bus stop, realized his 132 had already ceased operations for the day. 2 105s went past as we were otw to the bus stop, and our last bus was arriving. He kept insisting that we should board 105 if it comes but we refused. Kinda mean to throw him alone anw. Yes we're nice people :D

Was determined to get my phone a nice cover after seeing my colleague's screen shatter at work yst. Scary much, and you can even feel the glass bits/powder when you touch the screen omg.
Decided to get the rainbow one cause so many people have the dark pink polka-dotted one! And it feels freaking smooth heh. Okay another motivation to take care of my phone, I don't wanna ruin my nice cover! Omg that sounded damn bimbotic heh.
Supposed meeting time was 4:45pm. Note the word supposed. YuanLin and I were planning on reaching just in time, so we could spend a longer time in town. Slowly everyone said they'd be late. All except NianDeng. Called him at 4:45pm.
Me: hello! what time are you gonna reach?
NianDeng: uhhhhh. *long pause* I will be going la.
Me: huh omg you also gonna be late uh? everyone's late!
(talked for a while....)
NianDeng: aiya okay lah I go change now.
Me: YOU ARE STILL AT HOME?! That's us hahaha.
And stupid idiot ChunWei.
Took some videos of him being retarded, hilarious max. And the place cheated our feelings! Booked the room from 5pm to 8pm. We reached late, so the invoice stated 5:30pm to 8:30pm. Sang happily, and our screens froze a lil after 7:55pm. Went out to ask them and was told that we cannot look at the invoice's timing -.-"
Walked out, and the both of us were having hangovers. Walked back to ask if there were anymore slots, and there was one available at 11pm. Believe it or not, ChunWei agreed. Okay partly cause NianDeng drove today. They agreed to let us know if we could have an earlier slot. Midway through dinner, we were on the verge of cancelling the reservation, and the place called to say there was a slot at that moment. 8pm to 10pm. We were having dinner, arranged to go back at 9pm. Finished our Katong Laksa early, walked to Awfully Chocolate. At the junction before the shop, realized it was 8:50pm. YuanLin, ChunWei and I decided to head back first while NianDeng, WanRu and WaiKit bought desert.
Turns out we had a 9pm to 11pm slot! :D
Anw, WanRu came back first, and suddenly, the 2 guys walked in with a cake. The 3 of us were stunned, cause we didnt know of anyone's birthday falling in August that had not been celebrated. In the end, they bought a cake cause it was cheaper -.-"
 There was even a candle hahaha.
From this day forth, 20th August is dedicated to ODAC. Happy Birthdayyyy! Random max, I know. We even sang the birthday song HAHAHA.
Round 2 of K was 'high-session'. Like seriously.
Alot of epic videos too! And we recorded us singing 朋友, YMCA and another Mandarin song. Wanted to sing Graduation but the place didnt have it >:(
Spent quite alot today, esp since I bought stuff prior to K, but it was all worth it. Hahaha we even paid NianDeng for his parking fee, since we were splitting the costs in the car before he drove off. We were all still freaking high, and hahaha we started singing along to the songs on the radio.
I thought it was only me, ChunWei and WanRu are also irritated that several songs/ads KEEP PLAYING on radio. Omg, damn annoying please. Initially it was okay, but try hearing a few songs and ads over and over again the entire day. Thank goodness I only listen to 987 at work. But the 8.5hours is already torturous. Hahahah ChunWei and me kept going, "Har-nah" at everything. Thank goodness that ad is no longer on the air. Freaking annoying.
YuanLin got off first, followed by WaiKit and ChunWei. Got off along with ChunWei to sit in the front seat, and I put my bag in the front seat first before the car stopped. Guess what, the stupid guy started to go off after I got off. Hmph! Irritating only hahahahaha.

Sucks, I've been freaking worn out everyday. Its like I'm perpetually on a sleep deficit.
I'm already tired at work, so you can guess the magnitude of my fatigue after I get home.
I'm actually amazed at my schedule.
I meet different people after work almost daily.
This cannot happen next week, because.... I need to pack my room.
I've put it off for way too long, and I need a tidy room before I start school in 10 days time.
Right now, its 5 mins to knock-off and I'm already superduperultramega exhausted.
Just drank a cup of milk tea, and I hope it can sustain me through dinner and the movie later tonight.
Why didn't I bring shorts along to work?
Going home to change out makes me feel like showering and heading over to lalaland.

Initial plans to sing K yst fell through cause there was no room. Sucksxz.
NianDeng had a random idea to check out this job fair at Suntec City. Superduperultramega random I tell you.
Initial meeting time: 2pm; but it was only the 2 of us, so pushed it back to 3pm.
2:30pm; the rain poured. Pushed back to 4pm.
4:01pm; he texted to ask if i was there alrdy. And I was still otw. Thought he was there alrdy. In the end, WE WERE ON THE SAME TRAIN. Hahahaha.

WaiKit joined us, Kenny Rogers-ed for dinner! Freaking full omg. Ordered a couple set and a single meal, 5 sides in total and being the geniuses we are, 3 out of 5 were potato based. Managed to finish everything. Wait make that barely. Ona wanted to catch the football match, so we Chiong-ed to CHIJMES to make it before 9pm for Happy Hour. Reached there at 8:55pm and we ordered before sitting down HAHA. Kiasu max.
Ona joined after a while and omg, we had a good laugh. She cannot multi-task, seriously. Epic shit hahahaha.
Monopoly Deal was never this entertaining.
Chiong-ed to Bras Basah station to train home, and stupid NianDeng walked freaking fast. He saw that I could catch up and he increased his speed. HMPH!
We were entertained by the Whatsapp conversation otw home, super drama omg. Someone almost got stalked, another almost got knocked down o.o
Oh and some person kept playing Mega Mind Mall at CHIJMES till his iTouch went out of batt. Tsk. Or else he could've connected his iTouch to my phone and participate in all the rubbish. But he also another one luh. Used YuanLin and my phone to type rubbish during the day hahaha.

Recently.. Mr Ong's the only one whom I THINK fits the bill.
Like irritating only, trying to act tall HAHAH.
During the lead up to the A's as well as during the A's, he was the one knocking sense into me cos' to be honest, I was acting uber irrationally during that period for a hell lot of reasons. And I was at the receiving end of extensive care, concern plus (alot of) nagging.
Through him I realized how dedicated teachers can actually be; esp when they go out their way for students.

 Marina Bay-ed to catch the fireworks today! Random decision to paint my nails red and I made YuanLin wait for me cause I realized I couldn't shower until the polish was dry heh.
Reached before 4pm to book a good spot and seriously, some people can be superduperultramega inconsiderate. At least some are apologetic when they realized they've infringed your spot. Some don't give a freaking damn. This woman stepped on my bag and when I told her, she didnt even apologize but glared at me instead. What's with her, seriously. And her family kept infringing on outr spot, so I put Nad's umbrella there as a marker. Guess what, her husband kicked it away. Seriously?! Plus they kept coming into our area. Can't they see that we've used our stuff to demarcate our spot? Esp since I refused to move my bag after the woman stepped on it -.-"
Oh and her husband was carrying their topless daughter, and they were next to me. Disturbing much, urgh.
There was a sea of B behind us and seriously, someone kept farting. -.-"
Oh guess what, we were at Marina Bay but we couldn't even hear the pledge moment thingy. Sucks.
Made our way to Marina Sq after the fireworks and we took 1.5hours. Reached the Helix bridge, realized it was blocked. I approached this guy donning the NDP shirt.

Hahaha Char was freaking cute. "Okay today I'm not gonna buy anything." 30secs later she walks into a shop and buys her backpack. Pfft. And epic fail, she wanted red sneakers and a red backpack. Eventually, she bought denim blue sneakers and a hot pink backpack.

 Caught up LOADS. Retarded girl hahahaha. She's amazed that I can eat chicken wings without using my hands and yet ensure the bones are clean. Cleaner than the girl who used her fingers HAHA. I was so full that I refused to eat and started replying my Whatsapp messages instead but after a while she had to leave cause it was the 7th month. K-ed with the ODACians today! I'm always early when everyone is late and late when everyone is early. What's this. Irritating only.
WaiKit and JunQiang left midway, so it was us 3 VPs in the room! Super exhausting i tell you haha plus YuanLin didn't really want the mike so it was just WanRu and I.
And now they know how cui my Mandarin is cause even when we sing Chinese songs I know, I can't read some of the lyrics HAHAHA. So I sang only some parts of the song. Oh but i made it through an ENTIRE song! :D

I'm glad Nina asked me to go today. I enjoyed every single moment spent in SR.
SR is awesome; just like that.
It feels like I never left SR, it still feels the same, except for some new teachers and all.
Miss Liu was awesome, #1 BIMBO, really. And she claims she learnt from us. Humble much huh? Hahahaha.

Had an awesome time with Rahul, Nina, Nurul, girlfriend, bb and some others! Its people like them that make trips back to SR extra special. <3

Random decision made to head back to SR for the Thanksgiving Concert later! Hope I can leave at 6pm instead of 6:30pm and that the stupid East West line doesnt cock up! *fingers crossed*

So. I've gotten Charmaine and one of my colleagues hooked on Tiny Towers. And apparently Criss has started playing too!
To be honest, its a super pointless game. I have no idea why its's addictive. I can sit there the entire day just looking after my Bitizens and restocking the shops. Have to give credit to the creator of the game for making such a pointless game so entertaining. Even for youths/young adults.

Short Girl enlisted today, making me the sole member of Short Nation who's not in the army.
Saw Dumb Friend at the SAF Ferry Terminal! She was shocked to see us and she shouted, 'Eh Short Friend!' ACROSS THE WHOLE FREAKING TERMINAL. And everyone turned to look at me. Wts.
