OMG. the 2007 O lvl results were released tdy. and all i can say it, OMG. seriously. the average 4E msg is 10. smth. increased from 12 plus to 11 plus and now 10 plus. that means the expect a 9 plus msg from our batch. WTH..? and oh. zhonghua's now a band 1 school. wth can. when mr lee told us during maths melissa was saying that now zhonghua's a band 1 school. then next year it'll drop to a band 3 school again. LOL.
but like OMG. there's high expections of us now. after the release of results, i suddenly feel motivated to study. hahas.
common test 1 has alr started. shit. had maths and chinese test tdy. not really screwed, thank goodness. hahas. jiayous everyone for the other tests!!! we can do it! =D
i'm loving 4e3'08 more and more as days go by. =)

RAWR. school is really tiring. especially on mondays and tuesdays, cause i have tution until 6.30 pm ++ . try sitting down there doing maths/a maths for at least 2 hours, depending on what time you arrive. most of the time, i'm alr quite tired when i reach Mrs. Ong's hse for tution. so after tution, my energy lvl is really at pit bottom. thank goodness there's angeline to entertain me on mondays, then there's grace, jiahui (4e4) and angeline to entertain me on tuesdays. hahas.
tdy happened to be one of the days that i was damn tired. even in school. adeline, sohleng and me were crapping throughout history and double ss tdy. hahas. there was chinese SSP for selected students tdy. i wasnt really looking forward to it, since out of the 15 4e3 ppl, there were only 5 girls, and i wasnt close to anyone of them, with the execption of jiahui.
anyways, it turned out better than expected. combination of 4e3 and 5n people. jiahui kept me laughing throughout. hahas. and i became jiahui, junjie and xingjie's walking dictionary. -.-" kinda ironic that i rmbed how to write chimology words, but forgot simple words like 'zheng chang' [ordinary]. when i asked miss tan how to write it, andy, samuel and some other ppl at that table started laughing.
andy - you not zheng chang no wonder dunno how to write zheng chang la.

YIPPIE! =D and also partly cause i know some of the 5n people there too.
stupid dingyao la. we had to write this more than 100 words passage thingy, then i was commenting that he was super slow. so he decided to ask miss tan, " lao shi, ta mei ci shang ke hen chao de dui ma?[cher. she's always very noisy during lessons right?]" -.-"
i was supposed to meet angeline and grace at the foyer after my SSP so we cld go for tution, but i had to go back to class cause i forgot to bring my history hmk home. went opp sch to eat, before going for tution. angeline and me were really stoning la. Voice issue.

my voice is still not fully back yet. but its alr alot better than last week. i sounded damn spastic when i laughed. and cheryl had to start being lame and say all sorts of random stuff during ss and history. hahahas.
oh man. i miss my old voice. but many people prefer my current voice. cause it isnt as high as my previous one. LOLLabels: voice- issue.

lol i suddenly feel like doing a reflection of 2007. hahas.
well, i think 2007 wld be one of the best years i ever had. many new beginings, etc.
totally new class, totally new clique. with the exception of cheryl. many a time, i look back and i'm awed by how our clique has a range of people from different classes. 2e1, 2e2, 2e4, 236. the only thing is that we dont have anyone from 2e4. [there isnt any one from e5 and e7 in our class.] amazing isnt it? and now, we're so close, even though we still have our sec 2 cliques. nonetheless, yeah.
and i suddenly became so close to people like jeslyne. although we were in the same class for 2 years, in the same cca, we didnt really share our secrets with one another, etc. but in 2007, woah. i felt as if she was my good friend.
anyways, i had to adapt to many new things. sec 3 life was totally hell. dont ask me why, i didnt really study for my EOYs. i had no motivation to.
i think i really went through a lot in sec 3. thanks to everyone who were there for me.

the amt of hmk's really killing me. esp from people like mrs koh who threaten to take away your recess time and call your parents if you dont finish your hmk the next day. i didnt have time to finish her assignment on thursday night and she wanted to see me during recess. so i spent the entire e maths lesson doing my a maths. thanks melissa and cheryl! =D
had guides as usual after school. ken, benjamin and jinguan decided to follow me for lunch. lol. but we didnt have time to eat a proper meal. the lady took so long to clear the table and didnt even give us the menu.
the sec 1s are pretty nice. not as shy as the previous batches. =)
dont know why, but i felt pretty sian the entire time.

sec 4 life is like hell la. work is piling up non-stop. esp from mrs koh. wth la. but. i rather have tons of hmk from her than return to mr lee's class and hear him go, " ah ah ah" the entire lesson. LOL. seriously. i cant even understand what he's teaching for e maths la. wonder how those having a maths under him can take it. hahahas.

i havent really gotten used to the fact that we're already in sec 4. we're now the seniors of the school. like. WOAH. time really flies, huh? =) but its cool being the seniors. we get to sit in the gallery, we wont really get caught for talking during assembly, etc. WHEE!! =D unless miss ow decides to stay up in the gallery, like what she did tdy, that is. grr. and she was, "jessica, pull up your socks." she said smth else too, but i cldnt hear it. she spoke ultra softly tdy. queer. i had the feeling it was smth bad, so i didnt ask her to repeat it. LOL.
and yeah. the new DM's super funny can. his name is mr chong. one day he was like, " okay everyone, hands on your knees, eyes in front please. including the sec 4s and 5s up there (gallery)." i mean, yeah. only pri sch teachers ask the kids to do that la. then on tues, he was even more funny. he was scolding us cause we were noisy and stuff during the assembly programme. it was boring la. cant blame us. but yeah. he was like talking into the mike. then suddenly, he put both his hands behind his back and he just shouted. really loudly. we cld hear it so clearly in the gallery. then later, he was, "the next one who talks, i'll send you for detention tdy." and i was thinking ,"there isnt even detention tdy la." LOL. what he said later was even more retarded la. " the next person to smile, i'll send you for detention tdy." erm. retarded la. quite a number of us in the gallery burst into laughter. good thing mr chong cldnt hear us from the stage. otherwise, we wld be in deep shit sia. but it was super funny la. get detention for laughing. LMAO.
oh. i learnt smth from the chinese newspapers tdy. ROTFLMAOWTIME means Roll On The Floor Laughing My Ass Off With Tears In My Eyes. hahahahas. the papers tdy were boring. melissa and me were just flipping through the papers, waiting for the reading period to be over. hahahas.
i love assembly in the gallery. cause i'll be able to sit with 4e3. =D but that also means that i'll have to go for spot check. but nvm. cause miss tan chye i's rather nice. she didnt catch people for having nail polish on. those quite transparent ones, not varnish. cool eh? hahas.Labels: seniors of the school.

woah. the guides international camp was super fun! i was in the same group as cheryl, yunjia, yuting and 2 guides from maldives. but. quite malu la. cause we were supposed to pitch out own tent. and the problem is, miss tan hasnt taught us how to. in the end, miss tay asked the jurong sec guides to help us with the tent pitching. super malu la. anyways, thanks jurong sec guides! =) decided to pitch 2 tents, with the intention of having one tent for us to sleep in, and one for our bags. changed our minds in the end and used both for sleeping. super retarded la. the maldives guides came late, and when they arrived, we were all sitting in our tent. cheryl heard them asking for the patrol hosting the maldive guides, and we started unzipping our tent. and the zipper had to get stuck. omg-ness. hahahas. so many people had to rush to unzip our tent. lols. and the guider was afraid that we wld lock the maldive guides in the tent. hahas. so yeah. we talked, exchanged our stuff, and ate elevenses. one of the maldives guides was a normal guide, the othe a service gudes, our version of a YA. played games after lunch, and then it was the opening ceremony. each sub group had to send 2 guides and 2 brownies for the GOH. i volunteered since no one else did. the other guide from our sub grp was nurul, one of the jurong sec guides. the guest of honour was mrs joy balakrishnan. we all thought she wld be quite old, etc. i got a big shock when this pretty young chinese woman walked out of the car. hahas. had dinner afterwards, we bathed, and more ice breakers and they finally gave us our activity list. quite disappointed cause i didnt get the night tour. but nonetheless, i was happy with the list. kayakking, backwoodsman cooking, wakeboarding, fencing, recycled art. the funny thing is, all the zhss guides had recycled art. when none of us chose it.
day 2
of the 10 zhss gudes, only huiyu didnt get kayakking. i think she didnt choose it. it was fun and yet scary. there were kelongs, and we werent supposed to go near them. cheryl and me wanted to go ard them, but we cldnt really control the kayakk well, and when we were ultra mega close to one of the kelongs, i started asking cheryl to pedal backwards. being the kuku head that she always is, she started doing a forward. and we banged ionto the kelong. there were abt 3 dogs there i think, and they were barking like shit. i was like shouting desperately to cheryl to pedal backwards, but she continued doing forward. i was damn scared, but i think cheryl was more scared cus she was in front. we were scared the dogs wld jukmp into the kayakk. thank goodness the owner was there. otherwise, goodness knows what the dogs would do man. the instructor was asking us to pedal backwards, and i think she was so scared too. and it was like damn retarded. cheryl kept doing the forward pedal. i was like, " cheryl! backwards pedal! " when it finally registered, i started doing forwards. omg la. good thing we managed to get away. hahas. yuting and me wanted so desperately to get tanned. but the sun wasnt really that strong. awww. lol. backwoodsman cooking was next. out of the 10 zhss guides, only trina didnt get it. and the instructor was Andrew. the one who came to zhonghua to conduct the knots and lashings thingy during our zhonghua guides camp in 06 and who taught the sec 3 guides gadget making. he looks so different now. his hair is like ultra mega long, considering the fact that he is a guy. he kinda recognised us. =D hahas. we had to get into grps of 10, and each grp had to have a Sri Lankan guide and a brownie. the 9 of us obviously formed one team, with one Sri Lankan guide. but Andrew and the other instructor said that we had to have Brownies. so 2 ppl had to get out. no one wanted to, so he asked the last 2 people to move to another grp. so yeah. adeline and me had to move. both of us started the fire, while some of the rest went to pick up the branches etc and prepare the food.OMG. super proud of adeline and my achievement. we were the first one to start the fire!!! =D i was quite surprised, since we cldnt start the fire previously. hahas =)) so yeah. cooked the food, and ate that as dinner. our chicken was nice! but parts of it were kinda salty. guessed we added too much soya sauce. lols. adeline and me were like super siao! hahas. we got red cause of our fire. hahas. looked as if we sun burnt. esp adeline. hahas. our tent was kinda spacious, cause miss chua yu ting went on the night tour. =)
day 3
the BEST day.!!! went to Ski 360 @ East Coast Park. OMG. super super ultra mega fun!!! i so want to go again. didnt manage to complete one round, but at leat abt 2/3 of a round..? hahas. and OH! i got tanner!!! haha. the first aid lady passed ard a bottle of sunblock. wanted everyone to put some on. but. hehes. i didnt! LOL.went to this ulu place in Ubi later for fencing. i wasnt really looking forward to it, but i enjoyed myself later. =)on the way back, we passed Comfort Delgro. you know the one at Braddell? yeah. and i told yunjia, "yay. reaching alr!" and then i realised. we were going back to camp christine. not zhonghua!!! LOL.had campfire preperations later, and OMG. cheryl and me got super high and crazy!!! hahas.out tent was spacious again. yuting went night cycling. =)
day 4.
i woke up and realised i had THAT THING. irritating can. but good thing our activity was recycled arts. more fun than i expected. did toe weaving! kinda similar to friendship bands. made a pouch too. =) we had a carnival later, so you cld say it ws free time. the zhss guides came to out tent. and we played cards. hahas. later, yunjia, cheryl, trina, huiyu and me walked ard the carnival. campfire.. well. not that high la. dunno why. but quite fun actually. i went really high later. they played some music, and we cld dance etc under the tentage area. hahas. omg. i was really siao after that. hahas. they stopped the music ard 11 and made us return to our tents. we cldnt really sleep, so we played cards. in the dark. LOL. cause cheryl and yuting didnt bring their torch light to camp. retarded right. hahas. then yunjia and my torch had alr died. but. we cld still see la. let me tell you. CHUA YU TING IS A BIG CHEATER BUGGER!!!!lol i'm serious kaes. she won like 3 consecutive rounds of cheat? pro right. at one time it was so funny la. she had alr finished her cards. so she was, "i go sleep a while while waiting for you 3 to finish." then halfway thru, after yunjia put down her cards, yuting suddenly woke up. "CHEAT!! CHEAT!!" she went to the pile, checked the cards, and threw the entire pile at yunjia and went back to sleep. LOL. yunjia got so fed up with her afterwards. we slept ard 2am, but i was still high. then suddenly, yuting and me started giggling non-stop. HAHAHAS. so retarded.
day 5.
they pushed back the waking up time to 8am. but since we were always late, we decided to wake up at 7am. washed up pretty fast, partly cause most people were still asleep. and. we played cards again. lols.striked tents after breakfast, and then we went home. YAY =Dwhen we reached Zhonghua, we realised that the school wasnt open. wth..? we wanted to throw the tents over the gate and leave a note saying it belinged to zhonghua guides, but then again, it cld be a bomb or smth. right? hahas. and we took the scouts tents too. and if anything happened, it'ld be our fault. so we dismissed the idea. wanted to climb over the gate, but we were afraid the alarm or smth wld go off. good thing the yangzheng club scouts were having cca. so we asked if we cld put our stuff there. and we cld. yay! =D

RAWR. dead tied after sec 1 orientation camp 08. slept from 3pm plus yst till ard 10am this morn, although i woke up at 9pm last night. cause i smelt food. LOL. woke up, ate my dinner and slept again at 10. didnt eat much during the camp. at the most 10 small scoops per meal. the food was horrible.
